THE SITUATION

An experienced and insightful group of commercial real estate pros turned to us to help them rebrand and launch the new Sevenco brand, position the enterprise for rapid growth and provide a comprehensive marketing plan that could be scaled and rolled out to new locations across the US.

THE SOLUTION

We researched and crafted a compelling brand positioning to attract all of SEVENco's shared office, co-working, remote office, and event space market segments. We then led the creation of an engaging new website and developed Marketing Roadmap and Playbook including messaging, tactics, timelines, offers, and CTA's for SEVENco's website, social/paid media, email, grassroots, and event marketing.

THE RESULTS

SEVENco achieved an astounding 97% occupancy rate within the first few months of the brand launch and a 50% increase in demand in co-working and other highly profitable membership services. The successful lead generation program is being rolled out and customized as new locations are brought online.

Know What to Say:  Messaging Maps

Utilizing buyer personas and other tools,  we zeroed in on  SEVENco’s key competitors and prospect segments and developed segmented messaging maps to maximize engagement and lead generation results.

Built to Grow: Website Design & Development

We led the website design, e-commerce and development teams to bring SEVENco’s new brand to life. The site’s UX and AI was balanced and optimized to accommodate various marketing funnel scenarios in a multi-location environment that allows for easy site administration and new location growth.
